SUMMARY
Mr. Stoddart is an experienced consultant that specializes in the agri-food industry and public sector service delivery strategy. Harry’s experience includes analyzing the impact of e-business transformations, re-engineering business processes to achieve cost savings, developing e-business strategies, developing alternative service delivery business cases, and implementing service delivery changes. As well, Harry has relied on his agricultural economic training to perform technical analysis of agricultural program design.
Across the variety of projects, Harry has conducted numerous stakeholder consultations. His range of experience includes facilitating town hall meetings with confrontational stakeholders, conducting internet-based and telephone surveys, conducting one-on-one interviews, and focus groups.
Prior to starting his own consulting business, Harry worked for a major consulting organization for seven years. Harry also owns and operates a cash crop and cow-calf operation and previously owned and operated a farrow-to-finish hog operation.
